1. No Refunds
All payments made for consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or delivered.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion in rare circumstances.
4. Chargebacks
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
